Billing software for mobile shops
Handsets, accessories and repairs in one set of books, with GST that comes out of the day's sales rather than a month-end reconstruction.
A wide catalogue and a fast counter
- Hundreds of low-value accessory SKUs slow down manual billing
- Handsets and accessories carry different rates and margins
- Repairs and services get billed on loose paper, outside the books
- Small daily sales add up to a large month nobody has totalled
What BillKr does for mobile & accessories
Every capability below is in the product today — nothing here is on a roadmap.
Barcode lookup across the accessory catalogue
Scan or type a code rather than searching a long list, which is where the time goes on a busy counter.
Goods and services on one invoice
Items can be goods or services, so a handset sale and a repair charge sit on the same bill with the right SAC or HSN on each line.
Daily sales, already totalled
Sales reports run over any period, so the day, the week and the month are visible without adding up a bill book.
Bill from the counter or the phone
The mobile app carries the same catalogue and customers, so a bill raised away from the desk still lands in the same books.
Businesses like yours
If you recognise your own operation here, the fit is usually straightforward.
- Mobile handset retailers
- Accessory and case shops
- Repair counters and service points
- Recharge and utility counters
- Multi-brand mobile showrooms
Mobile & Accessories: common questions
Can I bill for repairs as well as products?+
Yes. Items can be defined as goods or services, so a repair charge carries a SAC code and the correct rate alongside product lines on the same invoice.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes, carrying your catalogue, customers and invoicing, working against the same books as the web app.
Does it track IMEI numbers?+
Not today — per-unit serial tracking is not yet part of the product. Items carry SKU and barcode at the model level.
