Questions about plans
Is there a free plan?+
Starter is a free 15-day trial, and you don't need a card to start it. It covers a single user raising up to 50 GST invoices a month, with customers, items and inventory, estimates, sales and GST reports, and the mobile app. To keep going after the 15 days, choose Growth or Business.
What happens after the 15-day trial?+
To keep using BillKr, move to Growth or Business. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends — your invoices, customers and stock stay exactly where they are, ready for when you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle and the difference is prorated.
Does my CA need their own subscription?+
No. Your accountant doesn't need a BillKr plan of their own. Giving them access to your books through the CA portal is included in the Business plan.
Can I access my accounting information from anywhere?+
If your Billkr plan supports online or cloud access, you can access your business information wherever you have an internet connection.
Can I use Billkr on mobile devices?+
Billkr’s mobile availability depends on the version and platform supported by the software. Check the available Billkr apps or web access for your device.
Can I manage multiple businesses with Billkr?+
Multi-business management depends on the Billkr plan and features available in your account. Check your plan details for supported business accounts.
